Jenni’s exposure to holistic coaches and mentors, as well as her compassion to help others, led her to massage therapy. Graduating from the 3,000 hour Registered Massage Therapy Program in 2017 at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy gave her a deeper appreciation for the complexities of the human anatomy and understanding of the wide array of benefits Massage can provide to people in need of relief. Jenni takes pride in creating individual treatment plans to help patients reach their goals and get back to doing the activities they love using various techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Joint Mobilization, and Swedish Massage in her treatments. In her free time, Jenni enjoys spending time with her dog, training for trail races, weight lifting and trying new sports. Over the years, exercise and functional fitness have shown her the importance of body awareness and the necessary aspects of recovery and maintenance to allow the body to perform to the best of its abilities. A recent knee injury stressed this importance, and both Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy were key components to her recovery. Whether its relaxation, pain relief, maintenance, or recovery, Jenni is here to help!
