CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Justine Nakazawa, D.C.

Dr. Justine Nakazawa grew up in Victoria, BC, and completed her degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology at the University of Victoria. She continued her education in the San Francisco Bay Area at Life Chiropractic College West before returning to BC and settling in Richmond.

With a background in powerlifting and dance, Justine has a strong appreciation for the balance between strength, mobility, and movement. She understands that every patient comes to the clinic with different goals, whether that means managing discomfort, returning to training, moving more comfortably, or staying active.

Justine's individualized approach include spinal and extremity manipulation, muscle release therapy, guided exercise, and patient education. She works collaboratively with each patient to identify the hurdles affecting their movement and develop a treatment plan that supports the activities that matter to them.
